I'm Kerstin Graebner.

Before becoming a coach in 2016, I worked in sustainability research and consulting, and in Indo-German energy sector cooperation.

What I learned there in complex stakeholder environments about the connection between leadership, visibility and our nervous system is what I support others with now.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by ICF, 2000+ coaching sessions with hundreds of global leaders across global tech, manufacturing, business education, and international development - organizations as diverse as the cultures I've worked across.

Trained in Coaching for Transformation by Leadership That Works, Conscious Business Coaching (BetterUp), the Cultural Orientations Framework (COF) by Prof. Philippe Rosinski, Nonviolent Communication, and nervous-system-informed practice with Sarah Peyton.

Since 2011, I have been living and working between Germany and South India, where my husband and I steward a small farm. I work in English and German, and the cultural tensions my clients navigate between worlds and expectations are ones I know from the inside.
